Delete your Albumer Secure account

In the app

1. Open Albumer Secure and unlock it.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@albumer-secure.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, albums, folders, photos and videos, encryption keys, contacts you imported and your notification settings. This cannot be undone. Save anything you want to keep first.

What is kept

Photos you added to someone else's album stay in that album. Records we must keep by law, such as reports made to authorities, are kept for as long as the law requires. Purchase records are held by Apple or Google.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.
